Your new gym membership came with a free personal training session, but to your surprise, your personal trainer, Lalo, is bearing a massive bump. His belly is squeezed into tight workout shorts and a black t-shirt covers his swollen chest. As the two of you are talking, Lalo lets out a few small whimpers but assures you they're nothing to worry about – being so far along, these little pains happen all the time. You continue working out but are interrupted by the cramps' increasing intensity. His giant belly sways back and forth as he demonstrates some of the exercises... His bump peeks between his knees as he raises for a downwarddog... He struggles to complete a hip thrust with his heavy belly getting in the way... All limbered up, now it's time to sweat. As things heat up, Lalo shamelessly unveils his full belly to catch a cool breeze. He leads you through a series of exercises, but the pains become too much to bear. He stops for a break, desperately attempting to "rub out the cramps." He's dripping in sweat and entering labor at any second. He rubs his glistening belly, moaning and wailing as his water breaks right then and there.
